Payment: Terms are C.O.D. unless otherwise arranged. Our business customers can request a net 30-day open account by submitting (on company letterhead) 3 business references and one banking reference with an account number. Remember that is does take time to check references. If you're account has not been approved, your order will be shipped C.O.D. All past due accounts will be charged a 1.5% service charge per month (18% annum).

We also now accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping: All prices are quoted F.O.B. Lakewood, New Jersey 08701. That means you are responsible for all freight charges, and when it leaves out warehouse, it becomes your material. Whenever possible, we ship via U.P.S. We charge by their rates including COD charges if applicable. Orders too large for U.P.S. will be shipped via common carrier. We have discount programs set with various trucking companies.

Once you've decided to order, we can quote you a close "ball park" freight rate. Please specify if delivery is to a residence or business.

If your order arrives damaged, please accept and make note on the carriers manifest. Call us right away, and we will help you make a claim.

Note: Anything over 8 foot long can not go via U.P.S.

Packing & Handling Charge: If we must "break" a bale, box, etc. There will be a $3.50 charge per order.

Returned Checks: Any check, for whatever reason, that is returned by our bank will incur a $25.00 charge.
